The RX1285 is a high density Multi-Service Decryptor for TANDBERG Television’s Director V5 conditional access and over-air control system. This sophisticated unit provides the capability to receive a multiplex of services off air, decrypt the incoming channels and present a transport steam "in the clear” into a turn-around system for onward distribution. The RX1285 provides a 4x L-band satellite input capable of DVB-S and DVB-S2 reception allowing for bandwidth efficient transmission to the Multi-Service Decryptor and multiple ASI transport stream outputs for easy integration into redundant system architectures.
