The UID-2902 Universal IP Decoder is designed to provide a cost effective solution for the migration from current analog distribution networks to IP distribution networks. Built to save rack space and power, the UID-2902 concurrently decodes two video programs from the incoming transport stream and provides professional video and audio quality. Dual MPEG over IP inputs allow the UID-2902 to provide a high level of availability by supporting both link redundancy and logical (source) redundancy resuming normal operation in a split of a second. Remotely managing and controlling the UID-2902 is easily done either by using SNMP or by using the powerful yet easy to use Web based management.
